Freedom Design is explored deeply through a guided cohort experience.
While the ideas behind Freedom Design can be reflected on individually, meaningful change often happens more easily when there is structure, accountability, and a small community of people asking similar questions.
The Freedom Design Cohort is an eight-week guided journey through the framework outlined in the Freedom Design Path.
Participants move through the process together, reflecting on their lives, experimenting with new possibilities, and gradually designing a more intentional future.
The cohort unfolds over eight weeks.
Each week introduces a new module in the Freedom Design Path. Participants work through the material at their own pace, using the Freedom Design Workbook alongside a recorded lesson that introduces the themes and exercises for that stage of the journey.
The process is designed to be thoughtful rather than rushed.
Participants are encouraged to reflect deeply on each module and allow time for ideas to settle and evolve.
Optional group calls provide a space for conversation, reflection, and shared insight with others moving through the same process.
Participants in the Freedom Design Cohort receive:
• The Freedom Design Workbook, a structured guide to the full eight-module journey
• Eight recorded lessons introducing the themes and exercises for each stage of the process
• Optional group reflection calls during the program
• A guided process for creating a personal Freedom Blueprint, to design a life aligned with your highest self
*All program materials are accessible throughout the cohort and can be revisited afterward.
Participants typically spend 2–3 hours per week engaging with the material.
This includes watching the lesson, completing workbook exercises, and reflecting on the ideas introduced in each module.
Optional group calls provide additional space for discussion but are not required.
Participation in the Founding Freedom Design Cohort is $395. The Founding Cohort is offered at a reduced rate as the program is introduced.
This includes the full workbook, recorded lessons, optional reflection calls, and the guided Freedom Blueprint process.
Because cohorts are intentionally small, places are limited.
It is an opportunity to step back, examine the direction of your life, and begin consciously shaping what comes next.
For those ready to explore these questions more deeply, the Cohort Experience offers a structured environment to begin that process.
